Privacy Policy

DateTimeCalcs does not ask for your name, email address or account details, and the values you type into a calculator stay in your browser. This policy covers what the hosting provider records, what a shared link shows and every outside service the site loads.

Effective date: October 25, 2026.

Data you enter into calculators

The calculators work out every result in your own browser and do not send what you type to DateTimeCalcs. They keep your inputs in the page address (the part after the “?”) so that a copied link reopens the same calculation. Anyone you share that link with can see those inputs, and your browser may keep the address in its history. Opening or reloading such a link sends the full address, inputs included, to the hosting provider as part of the page request.

Data the hosting provider collects

DateTimeCalcs is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare records basic technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, and handles it under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. When it checks traffic for bots, Cloudflare can also set strictly necessary security cookies such as __cf_bm, which its list of Cloudflare cookies describes.

Cookies and browser storage

The calculator scripts set no cookies and store nothing in your browser’s local storage or session storage. The outside services this policy names load their own scripts and can set their own cookies.

Analytics

Google Analytics counts visits so that DateTimeCalcs can see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects data such as the pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you reached the site, and DateTimeCalcs looks at that data only in aggregate. Because the calculators keep inputs in the page address, the addresses it records can include them. The Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on stops Google Analytics from collecting data in your browser.

Your choices

Your browser settings can block or delete cookies, and the calculators keep working without them.

Some US states, including California, give residents the right to know about, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. DateTimeCalcs does not sell personal information it holds. To make a request, use the contact page.

Children

DateTimeCalcs is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
