Terms of Use

By using DateTimeCalcs, you agree to these terms. The calculators are free to use for personal and business questions.

Effective date: October 25, 2026.

Using the calculators

DateTimeCalcs provides its calculators and guides free of charge, as is, without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The calculations are tested, but each result depends on the values entered and on the time zone and clock settings of your device.

Check a result independently before you rely on it for payroll, billing, legal deadlines, contracts or medical timing. Questions about pay and overtime belong with the U.S. Department of Labor or a state labor department, and deadline questions with the court, agency or contract that sets the deadline.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DateTimeCalcs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its results. That includes missed deadlines, payroll errors and decisions made using a calculated date or time.

Site content

The text, design, code and images on DateTimeCalcs belong to DateTimeCalcs unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back to the page they came from. Copying whole pages, or reproducing the calculators on another website, requires written permission.

Acceptable use

Automated access that overloads the site or gets in the way of other visitors is not allowed, including scraping at high request rates and attempts to get around security measures.

Links to other websites are there for reference, and DateTimeCalcs is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Any advertising on the site comes from third parties and does not mean DateTimeCalcs endorses the advertiser.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date, and using the site after that date means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
